What is actually in the jar
Lumora is a polishing powder, not a bleach. It works on the stain film that sits on the outside of the tooth. You wet the brush, tap into the powder, brush gently, then rinse. Nothing is left on the teeth afterwards and there is no peroxide in it.
Net weight 100 g per jar, 3.53 oz.
Questions before you try it
Lumora is a fine polishing powder, not a bleach. It lifts the surface film that coffee, tea and wine leave on the outside of the tooth, using sodium bicarbonate and hydroxyapatite on a damp brush. There is no published abrasivity rating for this powder, so we will not quote you one. What we can tell you is how to use it well. Brush gently and let the powder do the work instead of pressure, use it a few times a week rather than every day, and rinse thoroughly. If you have thin enamel, exposed roots or ongoing sensitivity, speak to your dentist before you start.
No. Use Lumora as an extra cosmetic brushing step, then continue with your normal oral care routine.
Lumora is a rinse-clean powder, not a strip. Start slowly and brush gently if you know your teeth are sensitive.
Surface stain care is gradual, not instant. Give it a couple of weeks of regular use on coffee and tea staining before you judge it, which is the reason the guarantee runs 60 days. It will not lighten the natural color you were born with, it will not touch grey or internal staining from medication or injury, and it will not change the shade of veneers, crowns, bonding or fillings, because no surface polish can.
